Anupreksha [contemplation] and Svasthya [health]

As a matter of fact, it is a very important thing to say, "choose your objective, concentrate your mind on it, send out the suggestions and commands in the appropriate language, bring them to the level of experience and be what you wish to be”.

Do keep one thing in mind that this would not be possible merely through memory. Awareness about Time is also linked with it. There would be no result unless this is practiced for at least half an hour or forty-eight minutes. If you wish to see the transformation, you would have necessarily to manage the time. If we are not able to manage the Time, let us not blame anupreksha..

The Time for one samayika has been specified in the best way. It is the time for maintaining the same emotional state for 48 minutes. Let us plan that much time everyday and settle down with one problem in mind. It would take three weeks to the minimum or three months at the most. You will experience that a definite change is taking place within you. There is no doubt about it at all.

We must also remember not to take up too many problems at the same time. Let us take up only one problem. It may be the physical problem, mental problem or emotional problem. Choose one problem and then practice anupreksha with self-confidence and you would find that there is no better medicine or doctor.
