Published: 20.07.2011

9.3.13 sūro saṃgāmasīse vā, saṃbuḍe tattha se mahāvīre.
paḍisevamāṇe pharusāiṃ, acale bhagavaṃ rīitthā..

Like an armoured hero at the head of the battle, Lord MahāvTra was armoured with self-restraint. He tolerated all hardships, remaining unmoved from meditation and continued his travels.

Bhāṣyaṃ Verse 13

The Lord, guarding himself with the armour of inhibition, tolerated all severe hardships and remained unmoved in his meditation. He was unmoved and unperturbed like a rock.[1]
