MoorchchaNashak Mudra (Faintness recovery Posture)

There are many moments in the life when unexpected incidents take place, which never even imagined by anyone. A person can faint anywhere, in the train in the bus, on the road anywhere. A person can faint or feel dizziness due to many reasons. Sometime person can also get unconscious with this.

VertigoDizziness: In this person experience as if everything is revolving around him.

Epilepsy/Fits: This is related to nervous system. Just before a person gets an attack of feats, his eyes revolve and fells giddy. The person can see different Colors in front of his eyes. He also experiences different noises and slowly get fainted while falling face down on the ground. Many times, his tongue comes between teeth and his breath increases. All this happened so fast that a person doesn't realize. A person suffering from fits gets an attack all of sudden. In such a situation a person should be taken to the hospital immediately and consult the doctor. Many times, it takes long calling the doctor or reach the hospital. In the meantime, we can practice this mudra which will help the person from feeling giddy. Also, if the person faints, this Mudra helps him regain consciousness. This Mudra is helpful in reducing dizziness in the person and helps him stay conscious.

Procedure: Technique 1): Apply pressure on the Ring finger and little fingers of both the hands by thumb. Pressure should be applied on the entire finger from top to bottom like massaging the fingers with the thumb.
Procedure: Technique 2): Apply slight Pressure on the center point in between Lip and Nose by index finger. This should not be practiced for more than 10 seconds.

Benefits:

  1. With this Mudra we can get benefit till we get medical treatment.
  2. We can come out of unconsciousness with this Mudra if this is not due to any chronic disease, or mental problem. Person can get into normal position slowly.
  3. In case of person suffering with Feats, he should practice the mudra regularly and slowly he can get rid of this problem. This will help reduce feat attacks. It is a common belief in village that fits are caused due to ghosts or demons, but it is incorrect. Fits are problem of the nervous system.

Anti-Snoring Mudra (Singh Mudra)

Snoring is such a disease, where affected person sleeps comfortably but disturbs the sleep of others. A person, who snores is cursed everywhere, whether it is on the bed, in the train, in this' bus or in the hotel. But the person who snores is unaware of this: situations. Hence people prefer to sleep far from the person who snores.

What is snoring: Snoring happens due to vibration in the back side of the throat. This happens due to weakness in the throat muscles. Normally snoring take place when affected person is sleeping on his back. Snoring also indicates that person is having sound sleep. Many times, it is noticed that a person who snores speaks very loudly in the daytime. Normally obese people snore three times more than the thin people.

Procedure: This Mudra can be practiced in Sukhasan, Vajrasan or Padmasan or any other asana. Sit in any comfortable posture and place both the hands on the floor, by keeping fingers inside, in between both the knees and take deep breath. Now exhale and bring your tongue out of mouth and make loud noise, like lions roaring, with full energy. In this mudra we should keep our neck straight and look towards forehead. We can practice this Mudra 3 -5 times. Caution: One should avoid heavy and oily food. One should avoid intake of very Cold and very Hot food. Person who is having pain in the jaw of swelling in the throat should not practice this Mudra.

Benefits:

  1. With practicing this Mudra regularly, we can get relief in the snoring problem.
  2. This Mudra is very beneficial for the singers, speakers and actors as this mudra helps in cleaning the pronunciation. It helps in reducing harshness of the voice and problem in the throat.
  3. This Mudra improves capacity of the hormones of the Endocrine, Thyroid and Parathyroid glands.
  4. This Mudra influences the tongue and the entire face. Hence it makes tongue flexible and face beautiful.
  5. This Mudra also provides relief in the problem of Tonsils.
  6. This Mudra also helps in controlling pulse rate and regulates BP
  7. The face starts glowing.
  8. Working capacity of Salivary Glands increases.
  9. It reduces the problems of the eyes, mouth and face.
