The Specialty of Mudra Science

  1. A person can treat himself after gaining knowledge of the Mudras. It is a complete free of cost medical therapy.
  2. One doesn't require a hospital or an institute to practice Mudras.
  3. Mudras can affect to very minute changes in the body.
  4. A person can practice Mudras anywhere while, sitting in the home, sitting in the office, travelling in the train or bus, in the flight, in the park, listening music, watching TV, according to his convenience.

Science of Mudra and color therapy

Panch Parmesthi Namaskar Mudra

By using and practicing Good Mudras we can develop good thoughts. Good thoughts help in developing good feelings. Good feelings help to developed good nature. If the nature is good it will create good impression on the other person.

By practicing Namaskar Mahamantra Mudras in the early morning we can get rid of laziness and derive Activeness, Freshness and power in our body. Children can develop high level character by practicing these Mudras regularly. Physically our body becomes strong and energetic and our capacity to gain knowledge increases.

Namaskar Mahamantra's Five Mudras

  1. Arham Mudra!
  2. Siddha Mudra!
  3. Acharya Mudra!
  4. Upadhyay Mudra!
  5. Muni Mudra!

These Mudras can be practiced in Sukhaasan, Padmaasan, by standing or in any other comfortable posture. Before starting any Mudra we should join both the hands and place them near heart. While practicing these Mudras, Spinal cord should be kept erect, body should be kept straight and stress free. In the following pages, Five Namaskar Mudras are explained in detail and with the photos.Everyone can practice these Mudras easily.

Arham Mudra

Procedure (Method): Chose good sitting posture. Keep body straight and relax. Keep your Neck straight. Join both the palms and place them on the Anand Kendra in Namaskar Mudra and chant the following Mantra: "OM RHIM SHRUM NAMO ARIHANTANAM" Inhale Deep Breath and take both the hands straight upward by keeping both palms together in Namaskar Mudra. Keep both hands straight, touch both the arms to the ears and look straight. Stay in this position for minimum 30 secs and then slowly exhale your breath and bring down your hands in Namaskar Mudra.

Benefits:

  1. This posture develops feelings of devotion and sacrifice.
  2. This posture helps in reducing feeling of likeliness and un-likeliness. It also reduces feeling of enmity.
  3. This helps to regain feeling of absolute knowledge, absolute happiness, absolute energy.
  4. Improves concentration.
  5. Gives strength to Stomach, Chest, Lungs and Back bone and make them more active.
  6. Gives strength to Fingers, Palms, Wrist, Elbows and shoulders. Removes pain of hand.
  7. It makes body healthy and energetic.
  8. This posture helps balancing of Adrenal and Thymus Glands.

Siddhh Mudra

Procedure (Method): Procedure: Join both the palms and place them on the Anand Kendra in Namaskar Mudra and chant the following Mantra: "OM RHIM SHRIM NAMO SIDDHHANAM" Inhale Deep Breath and take both the hands straight upward. Now open your palm in the shape of an open book by keeping both the Wrists together. Keep both hands straight, touch both the arms to the ears and look straight. Stay in this position for minimum 30 secs and then slowly exhale your breath and bring down your hands in Namaskar Mudra.

Benefits:

  1. This posture helps to gain knowledge of self and give feeling of freedom.
  2. This posture removes laziness and improves alertness.
  3. Improve strength and flexibility of muscles of Palms.
  4. This posture helps balancing of Adrenal and Thymus Glands.

Acharya Mudra

Procedure: Remain in the previous posture. Join your hands and place them on the Anand Kendra and chant the following Mantra: "OM RHIM SHRIM NAMO AAYARIYANAM” Inhale Deep Breath and open your palms and bring them near your shoulders. Keep your palm straight and touchy our thumbs to your shoulders. Remain in this posture for 30 seconds and then slowly exhale your breath and go back to Namaskar Mudra. When one open hands and keep them near shoulders it indicates devotion towards pathway shown by the Acharya.

Benefits:

  1. 1. This posture helps in increasing self-confidence It also develops feeling of fearless.
  2. This posture helps in developing pure thought in the mind of the person.
  3. By adopting this postures Heart and Lungs become energetic. it also helps to snake breathing parts at the body more active.
  4. Shoulder pain is cured.
  5. It hops in making muscles of, fingers and hand active.
  6. This posture helps balancing of Thymus Gland.

Upadhyaya Mudra

Procedure (Method): Procedure: Join both the palms and place them on the Anand Kendra in the Namaskar Mudra and chant the following Mantra: "OM RHIM SHRIM NAMO UVAJHJHAYANAM" Inhale Deep Breath and take both the hands straight upward. Both arms should touch the ears. Now open your palm, keep points of both the thumbs together and point of both the Anamika fingers together and take this pose towards sky. Keep your head upward and look into the sky through this posture. Stay in this position for minimum 30 secs and slowly exhale your breath and go back to Namaskar Mudra.

Benefits:

  1. This posture helps in increasing power of learning. It helps one to study well and improve his knowledge.
  2. It helps to get relief from Spondylitis and Backache.
  3. This posture helps in improving eyesight.
  4. This posture helps balancing of Thyroid, Parathyroid, Pituitary and Pineal Glands. 5. It helps person to become polite.

Muni Mudra

Procedure: Join them on the Anand Kendra in Namaskar  Mudra and chant the following Mantra: "OM RHIM SHRIM NAMO LOE SAVVA SAHU NAM"  Inhale deep Breath and take both the hands straight. upward. Both arms should  touch the ears. Now open your palm in Anjali Mudra and look straight, slowly  exhale your- breath and bring down hand in same use and lean forward in your  front and touch your forehead to the floor. Person who suffers from back pain  should not lean forward. Slowly go back to Namaskar Mudra by inhaling breath  and then relax.

Benefits:

  1. This posture helps to develop the  feelings of Patience.   
  2. This posture removes egoism. Develops feelings  of friendliness, kindness.
  3. It helps to get removing feeling  of Jealousy and feeling of enmity.               
  4. It removes mental trouble and  anxiety.
  5. Person can remain healthy and  happy.
  6. increases concentration.
  7. Person becomes polite and devotee.
