Ailments developed due to decrease of water element in the body, can be controlled with this posture.

Procedure: Join top end of small finger with top end of the Thumb with slight pressure and keep other three fingers simply straight.

TimeLimit: This Mudra should be practiced only as per need.

Benefits:

  1. This Mudra cures dryness of the skin and makes it shiny.

  2. This Mudra helps in proper blood circulation.

  3. Lack of water elements leads to impurities in the blood. Practice of this Mudra helps to purify the blood.

  4. This Mudra reduces perspiration in the body, reduce thirst and help to make your face beautiful.

  5. This Mudra helps in curing skin disease i.e. itching, psoriasis, eczema, etc. If anyone is feeling itching in the body should start doing VarunMudra regularly to get benefitted.

  6. It helps in curing problems related to deficiency of water like Gastroenteritis, Diarrhea, etc.

  7. If anyone is feeling stretch in the body or pain due to stretch may get relief by this Mudra.

  8. With practice of this Mudra one can defer ageing process and increase youthfulness in the body. This also leads in increase of Glow in the body.

  9. If anyone gets unconscious due to accident or any other reason, one can immediately get relief by rubbing little finger with the Tip of the Thumb.

  10. It helps in reducing acidity in the body.

  11. It helps in reducing stretch in the nerves.

  12. It makes face beautiful and increase smoothness in the skin.

Caution:

  • This posture should be practice with taking care of one's nature. Person who is of Cold and Cough nature should not practice this Mudra for a long period.
  • If anyone feels increase of pain in the skin, white doing this Mudra, then they should also practice Apaan Mudra along with this to get relief.
