Heart Mudra

This Mudra is very good for the Heart.

Procedure: Keep both the hands open with facing each other. Now fold the Middle fingers of both the hands and join with each other. After that join the tip of both the Index Fingers, Little Fingers and both the Thumbs. Now slowly separate the Index Fingers first, then the little fingers and then the thumb. Keep the tips of the Ring Finger joined. Apply pressure on the Middle finger and the Ring Finger.

Time Limit: This Mudra should be practiced for 10 to 30 minutes.

Benefits:

  1. It gives very good feeling in the heart when this Mudra is practiced in the Pranayam.
  2. Any type of Heart disease can be benefited from this Mudra.
  3. Disease like Angina Pain, High Blood Pressure and Dis-function of the Nervous system are benefited with this Mudra.
  4. This Mudra is helpful before and after the Bypass Surgery.
  5. If this Mudra is practiced with the complete concentration, one can feel the vibration from the fingers to the Heart.
  6. The Middle finger represents the Aakash element hence it is helpful in the diseases of the heart.

Pran Mudra (Vital Energy Posture)

It is a very Important Mudra. When one practices doing Pran Mudra, he can feel energetic immediately. This Mudra charges the battery of power in the body and person starts feeling very much energetic.

With the Practice of Pran Mudra, even weak person can become mentally and physically stronger. His immune power becomes so stronger, that he can easily save himself from various infections and diseases.

Procedure: Place the tip of Ring finger and Small finger at the tip of the Thumb. Keep other two fingers simply straight.

TimeLimit: This Mudra can be practiced by anybody whether weak or strong, any time while sitting or sleeping or roaming around as per one's wish. One can practise this Mudra as much as possible for increasing Pran Shakti in the body.

Benefits:

  1. With daily practice of Pran Mudra can increase Pran Shakti in the body. It helps increasing Immune Power in the body. With regular practice of this Mudra one can easily keep himself away from the attack of bacteria and viruses.

  2. In this posture Ring finger, which represent Earth element, small finger, which represent water and Thumb, which represent Fire, gets into contact and not only generates Pran Shakti in the body but also removes obstruction from the blood-vessels.

  3. This Mudra Stimulates Joy, Energy, Hope and also purifies the blood.

  4. If anyone is suffering from Insomnia for a long time, he can be cured by doing Pran Mudra along with Gyan Mudra.

  5. Practicing of this Mudra makes Nervous System stronger. It also helps to increase concentration.

  6. This Mudra should be very beneficial if anyone is extremely tired, it removes tiredness.

  7. With regular practice of this Mudra we can get rid of all type of illness of Eyes and can improve our eyesight. If someone wishes to have good vision, this Mudra should be practiced daily for at least 10 minutes.

  8. Pran Mudra should be combined with Apaan Mudra to treat Diabetes.

  9. Various people do fast and during fasting one experience weakness due to absenteeism from food and water. If fasting person practices Pran Mudra they can get over by the feeling of Thirst and Hunger.

  10. If there is any type of Vitamin deficiency in the body that also can be cured with the practice of this Mudra.

  11. This Mudra will be very beneficial in removing weakness and stiffness of the body. It also helps in increasing energy level and awareness in the person.

  12. Practice of Pran Mudra gives relief in leg pain, ease cramps in the Muscles and stretch of the Veins.

  13. After effect of paralysis attack can be cured with this Mudra.

  14. Numbness of any part of the body can be cured with this Mudra.

  15. This Mudra purifies person's Nerves System. It also purifies Emotions and helps in improving concentration.

  16. It helps in controlling High Blood Pressure, Low Blood Pressure and Heart problems.

  17. People who are suffering from Cervical Spondylitis and Sciatica can get benefits by practicing Pran Mudra. It also increases self-confidence.

  18. This Mudra if practiced with keeping spinal cord straight, direct provides energy flow to brain.
