Jeevan Shakti Dayak Mudra (Energy Posture)

Nature has created the human body in a miraculous and unique manner. The human body has the capacity in itself to remain healthy on its own. Our body is capable of treating itself from ailments. Our body is the treasure house of energy. We regularly consume our energy every day, every hour, every minute and every moment of our life. This energy in our body keeps on depleting. If the energy in our body is not regenerated, we experience weakness in our body. When energy level in our body decreases, it is necessary to rebalance it. In other words, we need to protect our life energy for a long time. There are many centers of energy in our body through which energy flows. Many saints have discovered such a point, which is called 'Life Energy Point. This point is present in the middle of wrist and elbow of our right hand.

We can regenerate energy in our body with this Mudra. Every person who has crossed 50 years of age must practice this Mudra for long life.

Procedure: Keep your right hand straight and find center of your hand in between wrist and elbow. This is the energy point. Apply pressure on this point for one minute every day in the morning. One can save his life energy for a long time if regular pressure is applied on this point.

Thyroid Mudra

Procedure: Keep the palm of the Left hand in front. Now keep the wrist of the right hand over the wrist of the left hand. Now cross right hand index finger on the left-hand index finger and right-hand middle finger on the left-hand middle finger and place right hand thumb over left hand thumb. Keep other two fingers free. This forms Thyroid Mudra.

Benefits: Practicing this Mudra helps the secretion of Thyroid Glands in natural way and keep them balanced.
