There are many Mudras that we experience in our daily life. Although we have not learnt about those Mudras in school or college, but we can still make out that how someone is feeling in the particular Mudra, just by looking at them.

For Example: Posture of Tension If a person sits with his hand on his head, or he pulls his hair or he sleeps on his stomach, then we can easily make out that said person is in tension.

Posture of Happiness: When a person is happy, his heart felt like a lotus and his eyes gives feeling of happiness. On just looking such person we can easily make out that said person is very happy. With these examples you must have understood that by adopting good mudras / postures we can certainly develop a good personality. Wrong postures can never help in developing a good personality. The biggest reason for sadness in the person is the negative thinking or negative attitude. A person with a positive attitude can never feel sadness. If we keep positive attitude, follow right postures and perform our work with proper concentration we can make progress in every field by remaining physically, mentally and emotionally healthy. We will get success in everything we do and we will be overflowing by the feeling of Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram.

Allopathy: With this fast-moving pace of life everyone is so busy that he doesn't have the time to think about himself. Everyone wants quick remedy for any disease. If a person falls sick, he expects that doctor to cure him immediately even by giving high dose like capsules or injections. That's the reason why every person prefers to go for Allopathy. But mankind forgets this fact that modern therapies can provide only temporary relief from their diseases and this may lead to reoccurrence of said disease in a bigger form. Here we would like to give some information about human body with certain scientific facts.

Scientific information: Our body is formed by 600 billion cells. These cells are the smallest creative and active unit of the body. One Uttak is formed by joining many cells. This condition can be treated by medicine or other therapies.
