Water is second most important thing in our life after Air. Like Air, water is also very essential for us. There are many people who don't consume enough water as required by the body. This way they themselves invite various ailments caused due to lack of water in the body. Water helps to clean up our entire system. When we consume water in required quantity, our body continuously derives water appropriately. We can help water convert into energy through Solar Therapy. Nowadays all medical therapies are getting very expensive. In this situation Water Colour Therapy is like blessings to everyone. We discussed earlier about the effect of various colours on our health. We also understood that various types of diseases can be developed due to imbalance of colours in our body.

Technique of use of Coloured Water Therapy for healing various ailments:

Take a Coloured Jar or Glass Bottle and fill it app. 70% with pure and clean water. Keep this Bottle under sunrays in the early morning hours. Sunrays will make colour of this bottle active and will fill the water with a specific vibration of that colour. This water will be charged with the properties and benefits of that colour. This charged water can be consumed to get cure from various type of disease easily. According to Ayurveda there are three principles in the human body. Those are Vaat, Pitta and Kapha. When these three principles remain in proper and balanced way in the body, person remains healthy. If they become unbalanced in the body, then person may suffer from various type of diseases. As per the three principles of our body, there are three colours i.e. Red, Green, Blue that have similar importance in the Water therapy.

  1. Kapha nature and cold related diseases — Red Colour
  2. Vaat nature and Toxins related diseases - Green Colour
  3. Pitta nature and Excess Heat related diseases - Blue Colour

The Kapha, Vatt and Pitta principles can be balanced by using the specific colours as per the instructions and the person becomes healthy again.

Procedure of preparing Colored water medicine and some precautions:

  1. Colour of Glass Jar or Bottle should be chosen as per the disease.
  2. Bottle or Jar should be properly cleaned with lukewarm water from inside and outside.
  3. If the specific colour bottle is not available then Gelatin paper of required colour can be wrapped on the bottle twice and tied with a thread. The benefits derived will be similar to a Coloured water bottle.
  4. First boil the water and then cool it. Fill the bottle with the water and Keep it over a wooden stand under sunlight.
  5. In the summer season, the water gets charged if kept continuously for 6 hours under sunrays. After the water is charged it becomes a medicine and charged with various disease destroying elements.
  6. Bottle should be removed before sunset and kept it inside the room. Shadow of one Coloured bottle should not fall on another Coloured bottle. When bottle gets heated in the sunrays, bubbles starts appearing in empty part of the bottle. When these bubbles appear on the bottle it should be understood that the water is ready as medicine.
  7. Once water is ready as a medicine; this contains disease destroying properties for the next three days. The dose of this medical Coloured water for adults is 8 tea spoons. Doses of medical water should be as per age, as follows:
    1. One month to one year = One tea spoon
    2. One year to ten years = Four tea spoons
    3. Ten years and above = Eight tea spoons
  8. Normally three doses per day is sufficient. In case of chronic disease a person should be given dose every 6 hours.
  9. Red colour medicine should be given after 15 minutes of food.
  10. Blue and Green colour medicine should be given 30 minutes before food or empty stomach in the morning.
