Namaskar Mudra Procedure: Join both the elbows, both the wrists and both the palms with each other. Keep all fingers touched with each other i.e. Index with Index and Middle with middle and so on. This forms the Namaskar Mudra. Benefits:
  1. If this Mudra can be performed properly then it gives benefits of all other Mudra.
  2. We can feel vibration of the body if we do this Mudra with relaxed and peaceful mind.
Pranam Mudra

Procedure: Join both the hands and place them on the Anand Kendra. (Center of chest, near the heart). This forms Pranam Mudra. In this Mudra all the fingers joined with each other and create replica of the universe. Our Left hand represents North Pole and Right hand represents South Pole and by joining both the hands we can complete the circle of the Universe. This also makes all the twelve zodiac signs of Right hand with twelve signs of Left hand. This makes complete formation of Universe.

  1. If this Mudra helps in creating feeling of respect and honor for others.
  2. A relaxed and peaceful state of mind is attained with this Mudra.
