In the above four dimensions, is currently going under the aegis of Anuvrat Shikshak Sansad which is an unit of Anuvrat Vishwa Bharti at 32 centers and 47 subcenters across the country. Till date 1,96,393 needy people have been trained at these centers. There is enough room for improvement in the content and process of training. Equally necessary is the need for reflection on production, distribution and marketing of products prepared in these training centers. It is believed that the application of Non-Violence Training on a mass scale will ultimately establish a non-violent and healthy life-style.

How To Train

  1. With this background proposed time table for a month is enclosed here that has to be followed in all the 7 periods everyday.
  2. Certain practises as mentioned in the timetable enclosed, are also being mentioned here.

Here in this book, the references as per timetable can be
used:

Non-Violence song -1

Shanti ka sandesh,
dekhne ka kon badle
Sochane ka kon badle, Shant ho avesh.

Hinsa ka karan hai roti
aur garibi uski choti
Per bhuksha karata hinsa jab shant nahi avesh 1

Shanti ka sandesh,
Jatil paristhiti jab jab ati,
tab tab hinsa bhi badhjati,
sthiti kaise badlegi, jab tak shant nahi avesh ....2

Shanti ka sandesh,
kabhi krodh se kabhi lobh se,
kabhi ghrina se kabhi kshobh se,
aveshit nar hinsak banta shant nahi avesh....... 3

Shanti ka sandesh,
hinsa se dikshit manav hai,
shastra prashikshan ka tandav hai,
kaise ho mastishk dhulai, shant nahi avesh? ....4

Shanti ka sandesh,
nahi prashikshan aur shikshan,
hai kora upadesh vichakshan,
kaise ho jan manya ahinsa, shant nahi avesh? ...5

Shanti ka sandesh,
nahi samsya ko suljhaye,
sirf ahinsa ke gun gaye,
prasangikta kaise hogi, shant nahi avesh?........... 6

Shanti ka sandesh,
Mahaveer ka roop ahimsa,
divya shanti ka stoop ahimsa,
Mahapragya jan jan sun paye shashvat ka nirdesh. 7
