Jeevan Vigyan - A Guide Of Teachers Training: 06.4 ►Development of Work Efficiency

To limit the negative feelings like anger, fraud, ego etc., it is necessary for the development of accurate personality; that the person should also not be stress afflicted during the working pe­riod. The development of work efficiency is also equally important for our personality.

The following points are important to achieve the work efficiency:

  1. The limit of job should be regulated in such a way that work could be performed joyfully to upkeep physical, mental and emotional health.
  2. The job should be performed systematically and timely.
  3. The special jobs should be given priority.
  4. While working, the action should be performed peacefully with close attention. Not being attentive may spoil the work.
  5. Perform work with full consciousness, devotion and sincerity.
  6. Implement after a thoughtful decision and be systematic into it. The following practices of Science of Living, which are tested and have proved themselves, are very important for the de­velopment of work efficiency.
