Jeevan Vigyan - A Guide Of Teachers Training: 04.3 ►Positive Emotion and Health

Published: 08.06.2021

A healthy life is attained through positive emotions only. Negative emotion wastes and destroys the energy Also a person gets sick. Positive thinking creates good thoughts and good thoughts lead to good behavior. With good thoughts the character of a person becomes good. A person with the best character is the GOD in the form of human being. See only goodness in the people around you.

Good thoughts, behavior and conduct is formed by positive thinking. Wishing for well being of others becomes prosperity for the self also. While getting up in the morning, "Welfare of all'-this small thought should be applied in the form of seed, spurs and grows in the whole universe. The understanding of the thought of well being becomes a good fortune for the self and the whole mankind.

What is welfare? It is a small and straightforward question but the answer could be grand and intense.

The first formula for the people, who wish for the welfare for all, will not think bad for anybody. Do not do bad to anybody. Resolve every day that, "Today I will not harm anybody through my mind, words and action. All the creatures of the world want to live so do I". That's why Lord Mahaveera said in his auspicious massage - Dharma is outstanding auspiciousness. Which dharma? - Non-violence, restraint and austerity. Do not be violent to anybody, practise restraint, practise austerity. This is outstanding auspiciousness; the deity also salutes him, who practises this dharma. A well-wisher of other is a person greater than the deity. Emotion effect our personality as follows :-
