Initiation - Five Point Formula:

Practice these 5 points. Analyse your daily routine and record the same in a diary. At the time of taking food (Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner), recite the bhojan bhavana as follows:

Bhavana During The Consumption of Food
(Use Hindi Script)

Bhavana ho pavana, sadbhavana se hum jiyen,
Sadhana ki amal sarita ka amrit jal hum piyen,
Deh Yatra ko chalane ke liye aahar ho,
Aur sahaj an and ka usmen saghan sanchar ho,
He prabho! Aahar pratipal yog nit banata rahe,
Satat jagriti aur samata ka sapan falta rahe,
Vedana samvedana se mukt bhav kriya karen.
Samvibhagi dharana se swad murchha ko haren.
(I abandon the taste attachment of food with sanvibhagi bhavana. This food is pure and satvik; 1 wish the sages should visit so that I can offer them my sanvibhag.)
