Strong will power is very powerful and important tool. Any person can become what they want to become if they have strong will power. Once a student asked Bhagwan Mahavir — What is stronger than stone?

Answer was Iron, as Iron can break the stone.

Student asked another question — what is stronger than Iron?

Answer was — Fire, as Fire can melt the Iron.

Student asked another question—What is stronger than Fire?

Answer was — Water, as Water can dissolve the fire.

Student asked another question—what is stronger than Water?

Answer was —Air, as Air can change the direction of the water.

Student asked another question-What is stronger than Air?

Answer was — Will Power, as it can even change the direction of the Air. If you practice these therapies which are explained in this book, under proper guidance and with full confidence and will power, then you can certainly get relief from various diseases.

Rules to remain Healthy

Now we will explain you certain rules which are very easy and can be followed in their life, if they want to follow. These rules are scientifically proven and even experienced by Yogis and Sages. These rules are very simple and beneficial for the mankind but very few people know about them. We are doing efforts to explain these rules in this book so that these can reached to as many people as possible and they all can get benefited.

  1. To remain healthy we should always follow five important systems i.e. wake up before sunrise, Cleanse Bowel on time, take Bath, Food and Sleep on time.
  2. Less eating and keeping patience is very important to remain healthy. By eating less than hunger one can keep his stomach balanced. By keeping patience one can keep his brain under control. A person can remain healthy if his stomach and brain are in balanced condition.
  3. One should not control or stop natural functions of our body i.e. urination, bowels, sneezing, yawning, sleeping, vomiting, burps, hunger thirst, tears and farting. With these functions our body removes, toxins and keeps our body pure and healthy.
  4. We should eat food when we are hungry. It should not be controlled. While eating we should properly chew our food and should not swallow it without chewing.
  5. There should be ideally 3-4 hours gap in between each meal.
  6. Food consumed in proper quantity, as per individual requirement, works wonders for the individual.
  7. We should avoid brisk walking or running immediately after taking food in the morning and afternoon as this could adversely affect one's stomach. Ideally one should take some rest after taking these meals before going out.
  8. One should always take a walk for app. One Km in the fresh air, after taking dinner. One should avoid immediate sleeping after dinner, as this can leads to constipation.
  9. One should not drink water immediately after walking under strong sunrays, after doing exercise, after any physical hard work and immediately after cleansing bowels.
  10. One should not keep tied a muffler or cloth overhead and should not wear socks and shoes while sleeping. It is harmful for blood- circulation.
  11. One should avoid reading in dim light or in a moving vehicle, excess watching TV, consuming excess hot food and spicy food, sifting near fire for a long time, walking in strong sunrays and looking at sun, etc. These are harmful for the eyes.
  12. If a person is suffering from fever, he should avoid cold air, hard work and anger.
  13. One should immediately drink fresh water if they suffer from Heat in the body, Increase of Pitta in the body, Problem of Toxins, Vomiting and Unconsciousness etc.
  14. One should not consume Ginger if he is affected by Jaundice, Suzan, Cough, Insomnia as it leads to dryness in the lungs and person feels uneasiness.
  15. If a person is burnt with fire or any other hot object then he should immediately pour normal water on the affected area. This helps in controlling burning sensation.
  16. People who have kidney problems should not consume ghee, oil or products made from these things.
  17. One should not take water while eating or immediately after eating. Consuming too much sour food, tea, coffee and hot things while eating, are harmful.
  18. One should do Asanas and Pranayam after cleansing bowels.
  19. One should always take bath with fresh water.
  20. One should not consume alcohol. 21. One should always be patient and win over anger with love, greed with contentment and jealousy with satisfaction.

 IDEAL DIET

Diet which helps in excellent growth of our body, keeps us happy, provides energy, keeps our body pure, perfect and systematic is called Ideal Diet.

Every person should consume proper and balanced, satvic diet according to one's nature.

A person should include the necessary food in his diet, which meal is suitable in specific season and which food is of opposite nature, all these are being described in this chapter.

If we adopt all these in our daily lifestyle, we can make our self-healthy and help to construct healthy society.

Ideal Diet:

Diet should be nutritious, tasty and should have adequate amount of oil. In other words, balanced diet includes required quantities of Protein, Carbohydrates, Water and Vitamins. Diet should provide strength to the body, should be tasty and should be of individual's choice. Apart from this one should not consume very bitter, very sour, very spicy, very hot, very cold, very dry and stale food, it is also said in the Granthas.

In short, our food should be such that it should not harm our health or affect our mind and emotions or create any imbalance in our body.
