Pran Mudra:

This mudra is explained in details on the Page No.51 of this book.Read the detailed information given on Pran mudra. It should be practiced for 40-50 minutes by people who fast regularly.By practicing this mudra one can increase the energy level one’s body and person doesn’t feel hungry or thirsty.

Green Color on let palm:

Apply circle of Green color the little finger, at the lower side of palm. This increases the level of Acid in the body

Kunjal Kriya:

When a person is fasting, he doesn’t consume food or grains. Some people don’t even drink water while fasting. When people of Pitta Nature do fast, their level of Pitta increases in their body and people feel vomiting and burning sensation. In such situation if kunjal Kriya is done in the morning, they can get relief from the Pitta.

Take.4-5 glass of lukewarm water in a container and consume this hot water on empty stomach. Drink as much water as you can. Now go to the bathroom, bend a little and place two fingers inside your mouth, touch them little inside behind the tongue. Now all the water that you have drunk just now, will come out. With this Pitta and cough in the chest will also come out. When you feel that all the water has come out, sit peacefully on a chair and drink a glass of hot water by slowly sipping it. After drinking the water practice Kayotsarg for 15 minutes.

Caution:

This should not be done with force. People who suffers, from backache or slip disk should not bend forward.

Movement of the mouth:

In this we should try to make movement of the empty mouth like we are chewing a toffee. This should be practice 2-3 times in a day. This activates salivary glands and we don't feel dryness in the mouth.

Use of Hot Water: We should consume Boiled water in our daily routine as it is free from germs. Boiled water is good for our health. For people who fast, it is compulsory for them to drink germ free water. Water can also made germ free by adding Limestone or Ash in it. But if possible, only Boil water should be consumed. This helps to maintain energy level in our body and also destroys various diseases.
