Samaan Mudra (Samanvaya Mudra)

Procedure: Place the tip of all the fingers together, keep hands straight and keep fingers facing the sky. This is called Samaan Mudra. This is also called Samanvaya Mudra because with this Mudra we can get Samanvaya of all the five elements.

Place of Samaan Vayu: It is present in all over body.

Benefits:

1. This Mudra helps in increasing purity in the body and removal of the impurity from the body.
2. This Mudra leads to progress in the Samanvaya Feelings as this Mudra balance all the five elements in our body.
3. This Mudra helps in balancing the Samaan Vayu in the body and makes it function properly.
4. This Mudra is used during Yagna and to give offerings to the God.
5. This Mudra applies pressure to the points of Acupressure connect to the Brain and the Pituitary Glands, resulting in proper flow of these glands. This increases energy in our body.

Bandhak Mudra

Procedure: First hold the right-hand thumb with the left-hand thumb and now lock both the thumbs with the first of the left hand and place all four fingers of Right hand over Index finger of the left hand. In this Mudra nails of all five fingers of left hand and four fingers of right hands face skyward. This Mudra should be practiced in Vajrasan or Padmasan with chanting the Kling-Kling Beej Mantra, to get maximum benefits.

Benefits:

  1. This Mudra helps controlling High Blood Pressure.
  2. This Mudra is beneficial for Spiritual advancement. With the help of this Mudra one can progress on their Spiritual Path. This Mudra should be done in the Brahma Muhurt to get maximum benefits.
  3. This Mudra is very beneficial to the people who are suffering with the Heart Problem. Daily practise of 5-10 minutes of this Mudra provides strength to the Heart and various diseases of the Heart gets cured.
  4. Bandhak Mudra increases energy in the body thus provides strength to the body. Caution: In this Mudra should not be done in the presence of sunlight because this Mudra increases Heat in the body. This Mudra should be done either before sunrise or after sunset.
