That ascetic (Muni), who, through power of his Tapa (austerities or penance), has annihilated the Karmas bound in the past-purged them off.

paḍihayapāvakammo nāma nāṇāvaraṇādīṇi aṭṭha kammāṇa patteyaṃ patteyaṃ jena hayāni so padihayapāvakammo.
