Ahimsa Yatra reached Gotlam today.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, income of equanimity is availed in Samayika and Savadya Yoga (activities of attempting sin) gets disowned in this. Demission of sins like violence, falsehood and thieving tendencies is done during Samayika. If the people who have crossed the age 30 practice one Samayika daily then it can become a perfect routine of life.
