We would like to thank Jayaben Shah who initiated the effort for and of Nominating Committee starting in September 2017. Due to personal commitments and due to the unexpected lengthening of the entire effort, she requested a new Chair for the Nominating Committee. We are greatly humbled for the countless hours that Jayaben has put into the unexpectedly lengthy process this year. 

Thus, Board of Trustees have appointed Hemant S Shah to lead nomination and election team for year 2017 and to finish pending task of electing additional members to 2018 BOT Team.

After further analysis by BOT and others, we also would like to correct prior communication that occurred on 9/30/2017, regarding number of serving positions open starting year 2018. Total numbers of positions opened are two and are as follows. (Prior communication was THREE (3). Outgoing members are Pritish and Ankil Shah. We would like to thank both of them for their work during their term.

•       3 Year BOT Term (2018, 2019 and 2020) - Two Trustee position.  These positions are open.
