Ahimsa Yatra reached Bagsuma today. His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, dirty, violent or evil thoughts should not take place in our mind. We should try to keep our psyche modest, vestal and auspicious. Our Manoyog (activity of psyche) should remain good. Our Vachanyog (activity of speech) should also remain good. We should not use bad words in our speech. We should recite, chant or study the vestal voice and say something sensible by our speech. We should get rid of falseness, harsh and mysterious language.
