Unrestrained speech also leads to the diseases. One expends his vital energy even while speaking. The vital energy gets depleted mainly through the use of the eyes, the speech and the genital organs. Even the fingers generate electricity. Those who have seen the abhamandala or wish to see abhamandala are aware of the electric current emanating from the fingers. A person who talks too much reduces his vital energy to a very great extent.
