Asanas to be performed while sitting

Shashankasana

  1. Sit, on the carpet Fold the knees and sit on the toes in the Namaskar Mudra. While inhaling raise both the hands towards the sky.
  2. While exhaling bend down and touch the floor with hands and forehead
  3. While inhaling come in the original position.
  4. Come in the original sitting posture

Benefits

  1. Increases memory.
  2. Anger pacifies
  3. Blood Pressure becomes normal
  4. Mental peace is attained.

Suptavajrasana

  1. Sit in vajraasan, Hold the ankles with hands
  2. While exhaling, with the support of the elbows bend backwards until the head touches the ground with the back fully arched. Place the hands on the thighs and make sure that the knees stay fully on the ground touching each other. Close the eyes and relax the body.
  3. While inhaling get back in the initial position.
  4. Release the vajrasana

Benefits
