10th March

On the 24th December, 1997, we went to the Acharya Tulsi's grave.
Hundreds of monks, nuns and lay followers were present.
An idea struck - let me make a resolve with this grave as witness.
At that moment, the resolution took the form of a responsibility and all of a sudden the word became eloquent of its meaning.

“Gurudev, bless me! I should have the strength to carry out the responsibilities you left for me.”

It is necessary to make a resolution along with offering prayers.
It is in the form of a resolution that I stated:

"I should have the strength to carry out the responsibilities you left for me.
The vision you have given me to help me understand the present, I will abide by it.
The same way as you have uplifted the quality of life, so may I.
The same way as you have uplifted the value of humanity, so will I.”
