Published: 07.06.2021

Life becomes healthy with constructive emotions. Destructive and negative emotions ruins the strength of a person and the person becomes sick. Positive thinking is the mother of good views and thoughts. A good thought leads to good behavior. With good thoughts good character is attained. A person with the best character is GOD by himself in the form of human being in the universe. Do consider following in your life:

1. Postures and Health

Every creature have life and everyone is living it. Why are all alive? All are alive because the breath is entering in the body and is coming out from the body. Is the breathing in and breathing out the only life? Is it enough to live the life only this way? To maintain the life artistically and keep it healthy is true living. Emotion influences the living and the posture is formed by the emotions. The emotions of a person can be understood through his posture. A person carries same emotions as per posture and the posture is automatically formed according to the state of his emotions. Posture and emotion are complement to each other. The secretion of endocrine glands causes change in emotion. Secretions of glandular system exhibit the impulses and emotions. The repeated emerging impulses and emotions establish the human nature. The right practice of Mudra is essential to change human nature.

Posture is such a shape with which the change takes place in the personality of a human being. To begin with the sitting posture has to be perfected with which the spine remains erect. The person whose spine is erect, is the intelligent and strong person. He cannot grow old fast because the flow of the vital energy is upward so the mind becomes pure. The first formula to bring change in nature is to keep the spine erect.

As with the firm and straight antenna the picture seen in the television is clear, in the same way with keeping the spine erect the thought process becomes healthy.

2. Breath and Health

To bring a change in nature and healthy living, the second component is deep and long breathing - Inhale slowly and exhale slowly. By this breathing exercise, the energy enhances and li fe becomes balanced. Breath is the most important aspect of the life. If breath is not there, there is no life. Deep breathing is essential to awaken the life force. Breathing is a natural process but with short breath very little oxygen reaches in the body and during exhalation, very little impurities are being carbon dioxide exhaled. Deep and long breathing absorbs the oxygen to its fullest and throws out total impurities and it provides vital energy, right behavior, enhanced memory and thus total health.

3. Sleep and Health

Like posture and proper breathing, moderate sleep is also essential for health. Moderate sleep is lost by the mechanical and television influences linked with life style. Reaching home late from the business organisations, eating late in the night because of the involvement in entertainment is not healthy for the physical, mental and emotional health. Timely sleep is also essential like food in the life. Disorder in the sleep brings disorder in the life too. If one is not allowed to sleep for few days, then he will go crazy, get scattered. Because of imbalance in the sleep, life also gets imbalanced. Prior to balancing the sleep, Kayotsarg - relaxation is essential to stabilize the stress and mental problems. With solutions to the problems, balance in the life is also achieved through Kayotsarg.

Yognidra is a wonderful technique for rectifying the sleep disorders. With this insomnia, depression and anxiety - the byproducts of stress comes to an end on its own. Yognidra technique is simple and natural. During the night when you lie in a bed and the lights are off: at that time raise your hands from top of your head like the position of Tadasana, entangle the fingers of both hands among  each other. Stretch the hands up and legs down and give tension in the body. After doing this three times, relax the whole body and close your eyes. With each slow and deep breath, think that the peace is entering within your body with each breath, think that the peace is entering within the body with each breathe. As you exhale experience that the peace is spreading all round you.   Peace …peace…peace.... Tell yourself mentally-I will wake up at 5 0' clock in the morning on my own.
