About

Smt. Nirmala Jain (Nirmalananda) was born on 1st January 1939. She is married with Swami Dharmananda, director of the Adhyatma Sadhana Kendra in New Delhi, India. She started the practice of Yoga in 1960 and was instructed by the following gurus:

  • Acharya Tulsi
  • Acharaya Mahaprajna
  • Swami Dharmananda

She worked with Swami Dharmananda in different training camps of Preksha Meditation in India and abroad in Sweden, Italy,and Dubai. Since 1989 she organised camps of Preksha Meditation with classes for ladies how to solve their special health problems.

  • H.R.E., Asanas, and Pranayama
  • Preksha Meditation and Deep Relaxation
  • Colour Therapy
  • Guidance in vegetarian cooking
