Vikas Mahotsav was organised at Terapanth Bhawan, Kankaria Maninagar, Ahmedabad in presence of Sadhvi Ram Kumari. Sadhvi recited the history of Acharya Tulsi and credited him for the development that has been brought in the Terapanth. It was Acharya Mahapragya who got this special idea of celebrating this day as 'Vikas Mahotsav' (Development Festival). Sadhvi Moksh Prabha and Sadhvi Lokotar Prabha also expressed their views.
