Ananda Bhavana

Reflection of bliss

Ananda me varshate, varshate

Bliss is showered on me

No me dukkham - no me dukkham

I am free from all kind of pain

Shantam chittam - labdham, labdham

I attained tranquility of mind

No me tapah - no me tapah

I do not have any mental irritation

Shakti shrotah, pradurbhootam

The spring of energy is manifesting

No me dainyam - no me dainyam

My distress is over - is over

Antah chakshu - labdham, labdham

My intuition is awakened

No me ratsi - no me ratsi

Ignorance has disappeared

No me dukkham - no me tapah

I neither feel pain nor mental irritation

No me dukkham - no me ratsi

I neither feel pain nor ignorance

Shantam krodah, shantam manam

Anger had subsided, ego has subsided

Shantam maya, shantam lobhah

Illusion has subsided, ego has subsided

Shantam papam, moditam shakti

Sin has subsided, energy is manifesting

Moditam tushtich, moditam dharmah

Contentment has manifested, religion has manifested

No me dukham, no me tapah

I have no pain, no mental irritation

No me dainyam, no me ratsi

Distress has vanished, ignorance has vanished

Moditam dharmah, moditam chittam

Suffering has vanished, my mind is filled with delight
