The *VISION CAMP* presented by PREKSHA FOUNDATION and Sponsored by *Uttar Howrah Jain Shwetambar Terapanthi Sabha*under the *Auspicious Guidance* of Sadhvi Swranrekha and other *Sadhvi Vrind* was very successfully attended by more than *💯* participants aged between *8 to 18* years on *5th of May 2019* from *7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.* This camp was only possible due to the *Guidence* and *Inspiration* of *Ushaji Dharewa*
*The Highlights of the Programme.*
*1* The program began with *Araham song* by the students of *Gyanshala.* *Mrs Anita Dugar* helped the kids to practice *Yogic kriya* and *Aasan* and explained them the importance of the same.
Mr. Ravi Chhajaer* introduced to the children the benefits of *Preksha Meditation* and did small meditation with them with *Kayotsarga, Shavas Preksha, Jyotikendra Preksha and Sharan Sutra.*
to sow the seeds of spirituality.*4* *Mrs Rashmi Surana* help the participants realise the importance of being in the *Present Moment with Positive Attitude* and the benefits of *Concentration,* through a *Story* and some *Fun-filled activities* to make a lighter mood in the camp. She gave some *tips* to the children on how to increase their *IQ level* and *Memory power* the most important feature in their day to day life. Did a small *Guided Meditation* with them to guide them to live their *Dreams for a better Future.*
5 Sadhvi Swran Rekha along with other Sadhvi group devoted her precious time and was there during the entire program of three hours. She explained the children about the value of Yoga Satvik Food*and Positive Thinking in extremely easy, interesting and clear way which inspired the children to lead the life in a transformed way.
Saadhvi shreeji devoted and was there for the entire of the program to support the efforts and inspire the kids. Her guidance was appeiciated, and the children enjoyed.
