Ahimsa Yatra reached Kirumampakkam today.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, anger is the enemy of humans. It gets us in loss. So we should try appropriately to reduce our anger. One practice is a ten minutes long breath exercise before breakfast for one year with the chanting in mind Uvasamen Hane Koham. We should practice Uvasamen while breathing in and Hane Koham while breathing out everyday for one year with the aim. Putting efforts is our duty. By practicing we should try to make anger diminished. What rest do we have in hand? We can just put effort. So effort is in our hand which we have to put.
