His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, we should give special preference to Pratikraman. His Holiness explained this with a phrase - Work goes on but the one who gets time out from the work is a real devotee of God. Ascetics have to do many tasks like returning books, bucket, preparing Sadhan (the vehicle which is used by Monks and Nuns who are unable to walk on foot due to old age or other physical issues) and many more. Getting time for Pratikraman and doing it on correct time among these tasks is a good manner. Other works will get going but among these we should not avoid Pratikraman. The Pratikraman is a medium of refinement for us.
