Through Yoga and meditation, India is succeeding in attaining the status of Leader, Influencer and a unique identity in the world. That is why International Yoga Day has been accepted across the whole world. For this, the atmosphere has been created with the understanding and efforts of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Today, every area of life is surrounded by problems due to the corona epidemic. Extreme stress / pressure is being felt in daily life. Every man is living a life of suspicion, conflict and mental turmoil. The crisis of life is in front of man. Mental balance is getting disturbed. Mental balance means to establish synergy in different situations, of which the powerful and effective means is yoga. Yoga is a technique, a science that makes our body, mind, thoughts and soul healthy. It removes our tension and frustration. When we do yoga, focus on breathing, pranayama and exercise, all this inspires our body and mind to be happy and cheerful from within. Yoga is a powerful means of liberation from the corona epidemic.

Yoga is the process of purifying and enlightening human consciousness; it is an undertaking to elevate human beings, is a means of balancing life and is a science of unification with God. This knowledge can neither be obtained from discourse, nor from intellect, nor can it be obtained from listening too much, it is necessary to attain it with an interview with inner self to search the person whose conscience is pure and sacred. The sacred conscience is the mirror in which the vision of the soul, the magnificence of nature and the vision of the supreme God lies. In pure conscience, the intellect remains pure and clean, the mind remains as pure as the Ganges, and the whole consciousness flows to meet God as the rivers to meet the ocean. Just as your face is visible in a mirror only when the glass is clean and stable, similarly pure conscience only reveals the Supreme Creator.

The importance of yoga is found in the literature of our Vedas or the literature that existed prior to the vedas. Today yoga is gaining its fame worldwide and due to the Corona catastrophe, the utility of yoga has increased more than before. Seeing its benefits, everyone seems to be adopting it in their runway life. Slowly but rightly, people are realizing that by doing yoga, not only can you overcome the biggest diseases like corona but also bring happiness in your life, life can be balanced. Yes, work-abilities can be increased, peace can be established.

Yoga is the only way for physical, mental and spiritual peace and health. The history of yoga has been hidden in the infinite depths of time. By the way, some people also believe that yoga science is older than the Vedas. In the excavations done by the Archaeological Department during the time of Harappa and Mohan Jodaro, many such sculptures have been found in which Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati are shown performing various yoga asanas. Swami Vivekananda, who unfurled Indian yoga in the world, says - "The pure heart is the best mirror for the reflection of truth." Therefore, all meditation is to cleanse the heart. When it becomes pure, all truth is reflected in it at that moment . Unholy imagery is as bad as unholy work. "The lack of yoga is also the reason for the burning problems of terrorism, violence, war, communal disturbance that are present in the world today.

Corona outbreak has pushed humans towards unrest, imbalance, stress, fatigue and irritability, leading to increasing disarray. To keep such anomalous life healthy and energetic, yoga is a panacea medicine which keeps the mind cool and the body fit. The pace of life can be given a musical pace with yoga. Yoga is the oldest identity of our Indian culture. Awakening of yoga-consciousness leads to emotion. Its process is to see through the soul. Seeing the instincts, tendencies and mindsets by malice-free consciousness itself. Right philosophy is a strong undertaking to change the self. Self-interviewing experiments balance glandular secretions. This makes the emotions pure, thoughts become healthy. It is possible to solve the worldwide problems such as corona, incurable epidemic, violence, terrorism, war and tension.

Every human being desires happiness and spends each moment of his life in search of it. Lacking knowledge of what eternal happiness is, he runs towards material things and seeks happiness in them, but it is an undeniable truth that there is no happiness in external things. Man should seek happiness within himself. The soul contained in this earthly body has infinite power and infinite knowledge and eternal happiness can be attained only after attaining the true form and for this yoga has to be made a lifestyle.

When a human takes the shelter of yoga to solve his or her physical, spiritual and spiritual problems or to find solutions, he / she join yoga to build a relationship with his inner self. But when he starts to know something about it, knowing that he steps in the process of action, and then he reaches the limit of experimentation. By making the role of this experiment an integral part of life, we can give a new face to humanity. It is a matter of pride for us Indians that yoga is a great gift to the world of India. Yoga has been an integral part of the life of Indians. But now it is becoming the will of the whole world and part of human life. This organism lives in a body dyed with different types of sacramental colors, but the body mediated by yoga is devoid of disease, stress, old age, anger, imbalance etc. and is capable of self-realization.

In the midst of the corona outbreak, the continuation of World Yoga Day is expected to provide a holistic outlook for people around the world, for the well-being, balance, stress relief, health, world peace and well-being of the people. The theme of this year International yoga day is "Yoga for Health - Yoga at Home" - let us join our hands together to encourage people to practice yoga at their homes with the participation from the entire family.
