Paryāptakanāma

A sub-type of Nāma (body-making) Karma,

the Udaya (rise) of which is responsible for making the Jīva (soul) competent enough to accomplish all the bio-potentials for which it is eligible.

paryāptakanāma yadudayāt svayogyaparyāptinirvarttanasamartho bhavati, tatparyāptināma-āhārādipudgalagrahaṇapariṇamanaheturātmanaḥ śaktiviśesaḥ......tadviparītamaparyāptakanāma.
