Keep your attention focussed on the Centre of Intuition, suggesting to yourself:

  • "Straightforwardness is developing; crookedness is waning."

Repeat the above sentence aloud 9 times; and then repeat it mentally 9 times.

Pursue your contemplation as follows:

  • Straightforwardness and truth are inevitably linked with each other.
  • Wherever there is straightforwardness, there is truth and wherever there is truth, there is straightforwardness.
  • Without straightforwardness, truth is unimaginable.
  • Only straightforward persons can rightly communicate their feelings to others and also rightly appreciate other people's feelings.
  • Only straightforward persons can bridge the gap between word and deed.
  • Straightforwardness is a great humane virtue.
  • I firmly resolve to cultivate it in myself.
