Keep your attention focussed on the Centre of Peace, suggesting to yourself:

  • "The power of control is developing; the fickleness of the mind is waning."

Pursue your reflection as follows:

  • Society cannot function without discipline or control.
  • When self-discipline is strong, the need for outside control is minimal.
  • With any lapse in inner discipline, the amount of outside control increases.
  • I do not want my freedom to be restrained by any outside control.
