Samani Prasanna Pragyaji explained the connection between breath and the nature of the emotions we generate to the participants, and that we can influence the nature of our emotions by watching our breath and calming it down when we are excited. The calming-down results in generating of positive energy, which enables us to act, and hinders us to react to the unfavorable situations, causing our anger. When we are acting, we certainly do not change the adverse circumstances, but our attitude towards them; and that makes the difference. Adverse circumstances are no longer harming our health and well-being, and with calm mind we have enough energy left to work on their changement to better, which makes more sense than letting anger harm our.health.

The participants were very open to this logic, and then experienced the truth in it themselves through the exercises Samani Prasanna Pragyaji gave.

First, we all relaxed the whole body part by part with autosuggestion, experienced then Deep Breathing, and thereafter focussed our attention on the throat, directing the energy generated during Deep Breathing towards it. After this, we concentrated for some minutes on the Centre of Enlightenment imagining bright white colour.

All participants had highly enjoyed the workshop and felt refreshed and energised afterwards. Most of them wondered how much difference they felt after only 25 minutes of exercises. This was just the result, Samani Prasanna Pragyaji had aimed at; inspiring people to spend less than half an hour of their time to prevent longterm medical and pharmaceutic treatment, and mostly, to feel more happiness in life.
