Shri Chandana Vidyapeeth are running a short lecture series on Jain Aagams which will be of interest to you. Details are set out in the poster below from which you will see that the first lecture will be given on Fri 28-Feb-2014 by Dr. Peter Flugel (who is the Chair of Jain Studies at SOAS and has published extensively on the history and sociology of contemporary Jainism) followed by three lectures by Dr. Vinodbhai Kapashi. Both are pre-eminent speakers. This will be a good opportunity for you, your friends and family to gain more insight into our Jain scriptures.
