Sohani Devi Baid of Bidasar, Nohar, was offered Jain Bhagwati diksha during her santhara (fast unto death) by Sadhvi Madhusmitaji at Bidasar on 2nd May, 2013 at Maghwa samawsaran as per the direction of H.H. Acharya Shree Mahashramanji. Hundreds of wordly relatives, and lay followers from nearby villages and towns, and also from far off places like Assam, Bengal, Delhi etc were present on the occasion.
Sadhvi Sobhnashree, thus, is lucky enough to attain the 'three Manorath' of a Jain lay follower by accepting initiation as a jain nun and santhara as well. We bow with folded hands to the great effort of Sadhvi Sobhnaji. Vande Guruvaram...!
