Kamleshbhai Shah recently spend a month in JVB at Ladnun, India. During his month long stay he learned

Pranayam and Kriyas

He has gladly agreed to share the learning to the Jain community.

We have planned 4 sessions and everyone is welcome to attend this session. These sessions are on Sundays starting at 8:00 AM and please allow at least one hour for each session.
