Indra creates celestial assembly hall soon after Tirthankara attains omniscience (Kevala-jnana). In the centre of this circular structure, there is a three-tiered dais with a jewelled throne where Tirthankara sits. All types of living beings, monks & nuns, male & female devotees, birds & animals gather here to listen to Tirthankar's preachings. The wall of all the three-tiers are made of gems, gold and silver.
