Position of the body as mentioned in 'State of the Body'. Bend both the knees. The distance between the legs should be such that either knee can touch the sole of the other leg.

  1. While breathing in, touch the right sole by the left knee. Turn the body towards the right and neck towards left. Come back to the original position while breathing out.
  2. While breathing in,, touch the left sole by the right knee. Turn the body towards the left and neck towards right. Come back to the original position while breathing out.
