On 11th December, 2009, Mahachulalongkorn University had arranged a two hours session with Honorable Vice-Chancellor. Her lecture was on “History and Philosophy of Jain Religion and its comparative Aspects in Buddhism”. In short, the lecture was on all basic aspects of Jainism. The Buddhist Monks in the audience were very happy on the subject, as some of them are doing research on comparative aspects of Jainism and Buddhism. Hence, this lecture was very informative and useful for them. Mahachulalongkorn University is dedicated for the education of Buddhist Monks.
