In the pious presence of Sadhvishri Kanakshriji learned disciple of Acharya Shri Mahapragyaji, the “Healthy Family Workshop” organised by the Mahila Mandal was held on the 28th Day of October, 2009. Sadhvishri Kanakshriji addressed the gathering saying mind should be kept cool always. Anger should be reduced.

Our face reflects our personality. People understand our expressions from the face. Always think positive. Talk less, listen more. Describing the pace for all round development of health she encouraged the practice of Mahapran Dhwani, to watch the breadth and balanced breadth controlling. The main topic of the workshop was “the key to health is in one’s own hands”.

In this context Sadhvishri Madhulataji said if we eat healthy and fresh food we can stay away from a number of diseases. If we have to stay healthy we should change our style of living. Only if we can change two things about us - waking up early on time and sleeping on time. Dinner should be taken before sunset. If we practice these we will feel healthy. Due to a healthy body the mind also feels healthy and thus we will get peaceful sleep and also feel hungry. A chorus song was presented by Smt. Suraj Baradia, Asha Bothra and others.
