  1. Daily 3 Samayik
  2. Daily 3 hour observing silence.
  3. At least 1 hour reading sacred books.
  4. Limitation of food items to 9 items.
  5. Restraint from green and underground's cultivated fruits and vegetables.
  6. Observing Brahmacharya
  7. 1/2 hour chanting mantra and meditation.
  8. Restraint from eating after sunset.
  9. Restraint from TV, Movies and other entertainments.
  10. If possible, do evening Pratikraman daily.
  11. If possible, Pravachan hearing.
