On May 3, 2009, under the auspicious presence of Samanijis, a workshop on ‘Significance of Acupressure and Sujok Therapy’ was conducted by Dr. Namita Jain. She introduced the natural therapy of Acupressure to all participants with very simple words. During the session she taught some pressure points which are called pain killer including the pressure points for common problems like headache, cold, shoulder pain, constipation etc. The event was ended with question - Answer session. All the participants found the workshop very informative and beneficial and realised the Acupressure & Sujok as an effective therapies.
