Knowingly or unknowingly life and philosophy of Lord Mahavir depicts the human life system of the present age. Democracy is the live experiment of Lord Mahavir’s ‘Anekant’ i.e. coexistence & harmony. Efforts to safeguard ecology and environment are the practical aspect of his non-violence. Our changed vision about caste and sect is the live example of his religious revolution. Massive movement of vegetarianism is a fine example of his non-violent life style. Keeping in view these and other similar references, I have authored a book titled ‘Rebirth of Lord Mahavir’. The question of rebirth is other wise also challenging on account of philosophy but very effective from practical point of view.

On eve of lord Mahavir’s birthday, let us understand his philosophy of ‘Anekant’ and follow his life style, which will be commendable way of celebrating his birthday.
