JVB Houston is pleased to announce the continuation of the Gyanshala program this fall. Guided by Samniji, our Gyanshala exceeded our expectations and was received very well by the attending students. All the classes were taught by enthusiastic parent teachers.

JVB Gyanshala is the Children's education program for science of living. Kids growing up as Indian Americans get lots of exposure to Indian culture and religious and social events. But we felt that what they may lack are some true gems within the Indian and Jain philosophy pertaining to "how to live a healthy and peaceful life and learn to respect every living being". As always any academic endeavor of this kind is always a challenge and may not be able to satisfy all the needs but we are very eager for feedback and want to apply constructive ideas to the program to make it better for years to come. We have actively sought and incorporated the suggestions and feedback to make this academic year better learning experience for our students. To learn more about Gyanshala please click here.

Class Details are attached. Space is limited so register your kids before the first class on September 7th, 2008. We will not admit students once classes begin unless there are extenuating circumstances and even then the admission will require Samaniji's permission. Please send registration request/responses to
