A special live programme was organised by Preksha Foundation, Jain Vishva Bharati, Ladnun on the occasion of International Yoga Day.
Due to situation of corona pandemic, WHO gave the theme on Yoga Day, YOGA FOR HEALTH, YOGA FOR HOME.Preksha Foundation conducted online session in two phases.
First Phase --morning 7 to 8:30.
In this session Aasan, Pranayam and meditation training was given by Mrs. Sayra Baid, Mrs. Pragya Jain, Mrs. Anju Bafna and Mr. Rajendra Modi respectively.Second phase- 10 to 12.
This session was hosted by Abhilasha. JVB president Mr.Arvind Sancheti welcomed everyone. Senior Preksha Trainer Mr.Ranjeet Duggar gave traning of Mantra Preksha. Senior Preksha Trainer Rajendra Modi gave speech on emotional health and explained preventive measures of Corona disease.
The program was highly successful under the guidance of Preksha Foundation chairman Mr. Arvind Gothi. This Program was live on YouTube Terapanth and Preksha Meditation channels and on Facebook with Amar Rahega Dharma Hamara and Sangh Samvad pages.Thousands of viewers viewed it online.Efforts of Mr. Amit, Mrs. Usha, Mr. Vinod, Mr. Umesh, Mrs. Renu Nahta, Mr. Pankaj, Mrs. Shweta Rampuriya & team was remarkable.
