Preksha Day celebrated at many places in Gujrat on 30 September 2019.
Ahmedabad: Preksha meditation workshop was to mark Preksha day and auspicious occasion of 100th birthday of H.H Acharya Shri Mahaprajna on 29th September 2019 in presence of Shashan Shri Sadhvi Shree Satyaprabha at Terapanth bhawan, Shahibaugh, Ahmedabad from 6 am to 11 am.
Prekshavahini Ahmedabad conducted yogasana, kayotsarg, and Dirgha swas preksha sessions and elaborated on Deep breathing, Relaxation and Bhavakriya under guidance of Preksha trainer and Upasak Shri Dhanraj Chhajer, Preksha trainer and Upasak Shri Javerilal Sanklecha, Shri Sohanraj Bharsariya inspired people for practicing meditation, asan and pranayam.
Under guidance of Preksha trainer team Dr. Shantiji Sharma, Pragnyaji Anglay, Varshaben Saraiya, Premlataji Kothari & Neelamji Jain workshop of essay writing, diagram and slogan writing was conducted. More than 25 people participated in this programme with coordination of Shri Basantji Maloo.VAPI: Preksha Day Celebration was done at Terapanth Bhavan, VAPI. 40 members participated. Programm was organised by Preksha vahini from 8:00 to 10:30. Aasan, Pranayam and Meditation were done. Smt. Chanda Duggad and Shri Tilok Sipani were the main trainers.
PARVAT PATIYA, Surat: Jain Shwetambar Terapanthi Sabha (Parvat Patiya) celebrated Preksha diwas at Terapanth Bhavan. Competitioon of aasan & pranayam was held. Instructions of yogic exercise were given by Miss. Arpita Sharma. Mantra dhyan was conducted by Jitmal Pugaliya. Manoj Surana emphasized the importance of Meditation in daily life. Winners of drawings & slogan competition were rewarded.
CITY LIGHT, Surat: Preksha diwas was celebrated at Terapanth Bhavan (City Light) under the pious presence of Muni Shree Kamal. 400 participants were present in the morning session and 200 in evening session. Smt. Renu Baid and Smt. Alka Sankhla were the speakers. 1 minute competition was held and drama on importance of Meditation was presented. Winners of competition were rewarded with prizes.
