A Message From Acharya Uday Vallabhsuriji Regarding The Importance Of Pathshala

Creator of PYS, benefactor and honorable Acharya Udayvallabh Suriji, presently stationed in “Gandhinagar” during the rainy season, while describing the program named “Let’s go to Pathshala”, created by “Samkit Group” asked - " What value do we assign to Pathshala and “Shrut Gnan” Shastra Knowledge”?

Our “Pathshalas” are the image of tomorrow's “Auspicious Sangh”, the small seed that is a “Pathshala” today, will grow into a large tree that will be called the “Sangh”.

Where are the “Sangh” members, family and business leaders, Administrators, officers and volunteers of the Shree Sangh of tomorrow? Where are the Devotees and worshipers? OHOH even the future sadhus and sadhvijis - where are they today?

They are all in today’s Pathshalas!

Thousands of students from Mumbai, Surat, Baroda, Ahmedabad and Junagadh joined the scheme and created a massive movement to Pathshalas for the Shastra and Gurugnan, The movement can be described as a Grand Pooja of words of Jinas or the Grand pooja of Pathshalas! So added the Acharya Udayvallabh Suriji

The Jain Study Group (JSG), which is an integral part of Jain Center of Southern California (JCSC), was formed in 1997 with a goal to study principles of Jainism and practice them in daily lives.

The JSG is for young adults who are striving to progress spiritually on the path shown by Lord Mahavir.
